HC quashes petition against AP bifurcation

The Andhra Pradesh High Court on Monday dismissed a petition challenging the division of AP.
Dismissing the petition, the court fined Ramachandra Raju Rs 5,000 for wasting the time of the court.
The lawyer filed the petition contending that state division is taking place without discussing the Srikrishna Committee's report in the Parliament.
