HC adjourns plea to disqualify Akbar


The Andhra Pradesh High Court on Tuesday adjourned the hearing to March 28 on the petition filed by the advocate which sought disqualification of Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (MIM) leader Akbaruddin Owaisi as a member of the legislature for his alleged hate speech.

Janardhan Goud, an advocate filed the petition seeking disqualification of the MIM leader and also sought cancellation of party's recognition as his remarks were against the law.
