Hate speech case: Co-accused hospitalised - Sakshi Post

The second accused in the 'hate speech' case registered at Nirmal town against the jailed MIM legislator Akbaruddin Owaisi was on Wednesday shifted to a hospital here from a jail in Adilabad district.

Azeem-bin-Yahya, who is under judicial remand and lodged at the Nirmal sub-jail in Adilabad district, was being brought to Hyderabad after he complained of chest pain, police said.
Azeem was initially treated at a hospital in Nirmal in the morning and was later taken to RIMS Adilabad, from where he was being shifted to Hyderabad following doctors' advise.
While Akbaruddin is accused of delivering the hate speech targeting a community on December 22 last year, Azeem had allegedly organised the public meeting where the speech was made.
