Harassed Husband Climbs Atop Cell Tower In Jagtial

Jagtial: Bizarre as it may sound, a man climbed a cellphone tower after he was troubled and harassed by his wife. The incident occurred in Jagityal town in Telangana.

Ajay, who works as a Rural Medical Practitioner (RMP) doctor in town, climbed the tower on Wednesday and gave some anxious moments to the police and the officials.

The police, who were informed by locals, rushed the location only to get shocked to see that Ajay had climbed atop the tower. He was protesting against his wife's harassment. He threw paper slips from the tower saying: "Please help me by ridding me of my wife. He further demanded a divorce from his wife." The cops tried to pacify him and asked him to get down from the tower.
