Govt School Teacher Caught For Impersonating His Wife In TET Exam

Hyderabad: While there are several tricks for mass copying during exams, a government school teacher chose to impersonate his wife in the Telangana State Teachers Eligibility Test (TET) written examination on Sunday.

The exam is currently underway with more than 3.6 lakh candidates appearing for the TET across the state.

The incident occurred in Pangal mandal of Wanaparthy district in Telangana. The officials, who noticed the man, were bemused to know that accused Parandamayya is a government school teacher.

While there were deliberations going on after he was caught by the District Education Officer, the person, however, fled the exam center within a few minutes. The official lodged a complaint with the police who launched a search for the accused.
