Governor's speech read like a condolence message
The YSRCP strongly criticised the Governor's joint address to both houses of Andhra Pradesh. It said the speech was disappointing and he really went through the ritual.
Addressing media after Governor's joint address, YSRCP MLAs Jyothula Nehru, G Srikanth Reddy, Kotamreddy Sridhar Reddy and Roja said it appeared as though the Government was reading through a condolence motion and added that it had completely failed to inspire the people of the state.
They warned that they would boycott the assembly proceedings if YSRCP was not given enough representation in the Business Advisory Committee.
“The people of Andhra Pradesh were meted out grave injustice. The government is now trying to mislead the people of the state.”
