Governor accepts Kiran's resignation

Governor E.S.L.Narasimhan accepted the resignation of state chief minister Kiran Kumar Reddy on Friday.  

However, as per reports, the governor has asked Kiran to continue as the caretaker CM till alternative arrangements are made.  

The governor has sent a detailed report to the centre on the existing position through a special envoy.

Some news reports also suggest that president’s rule may be imposed in the state incase the Congress high command did not opt for making replacement for Kiran Kumar Reddy.

However, the speculations are still there as there is no clear picture on the next type of rule of the state.
