Girl Offers Kiddie Bank Savings To Educate Child Beggars, KTR Impressed
Hyderabad: All of us are aware of the fact that KTR, Telangana's IT and Urban Development Minister, is quite pro-active on social media, especially Twitter. KTR tends to refer complaints on governmental neglect or inaction to the officials concerned. Predictably, the government machinery then swings into action.

KTR was naturally very impressed by the concern shown by a 6-year-old child towards child beggars at a prominent intersection in the city.
6-year-old Supriya, who is studying Class 1 in St. Pious school at Alwal, wrote a letter to KTR to provide education and shelter to these child beggars, near her school. The girl also wrote that she was donating Rs 2000 from her kiddie bank.
The girl's father Nageshwar Rao took a screen shot of the letter and shared it on his twitter handle to KTR. "Dear Sir, am sending my daughter's message..because your attention and proactive for solving public concerns gives us confidence. thank you sir," the girl's father tweeted.
Unsurprisingly, KTR responded to the tweet saying "Sir, please thank your little angel on my behalf for her thoughtful letter. I assure her that we will do our best to take care of the children she mentioned..Very sweet of her to offer her kiddie bank savings."
KTR, who always keeps himself active on Twitter is usually prompt in responding to social causes which appeal to him. Earlier, the IT Minister was in the news for not responding to the Kona Venkat’s tweet on piracy as several recently released films had shown up on the online movie watching site Movierulz.
