GHMC: Three major moments

* 8.00 AM: The victorious TRS corporators met at Telangana Bhavan at 8 AM on Monday.They unanimously elected Charlapalli Corporator Bontu Rammohan and Borabanda corporator Baba Fasiuddin as TRS Mayoral and deputy mayoral candidates. Then then march to the GHMC headquarters.

* 10.30 AM: The newly elected GHMC corporators meet at the council hall in the GHMC headquarters. The members are sworn in. Presiding office Rahul Bojja conducts the proceedings. The members are sworn in four languages - Telugu, Hindi, English and Urdu.

* 11.15 AM: Bontu Rammohan and Baba Fasiuddin elected Mayor and deputy mayor unanimously. The MIM extended support to both Mayor and deputy mayor. While Venkateswara Nagar corporator Manne Kavitha proposed Rammohan's name and Ameerpet Seshukumari proposed Baba Fasiuddin's name.
