Minister Ganta Srinivasa Rao was in for a rude shock when the revenue officials told him that his land documents were forged.

This incident took place at Pottipalli of Kavali Revnue division.
Ganta's relatives have purchased 60 acres land at Pottipalli when he was working as minister in the Congress government. Some unidentified persons created fake documents on the lands and got a loan of Rs 17 lakh from the Girimenapenta Co-operative Association and Rs 10 lakh from the Union Bank. They have also taken another loan from the SBI bank in Kaligiri mandal.
This stunning revelation shocked Ganta and his family members as to how miscreants could secure loans on the lands belonging to his relatives.
