Film actor Murali Mohan arrested
Film actor Murali Mohan was arrested in West Godavari district on Thursday, for violating the election code of conduct.
Dwaraka Tirumala police have arrested him for organizing a bike rally on March 29, in the area without prior permission.
The police have also registered a case against ZPTC candidate Lakshmi Ramani, along with the actor. Both of them were produced in Bheemadolu court later.
Murali Mohan is contesting as TDP candidate from Rajahmundry parliamentary constituency. He was defeated from the same constituency in 2009.
