Fight For SCS To AP Through Human Chain Formations 

Human chain formations were held in all constituencies of AP - Sakshi Post

Amaravati: People from sections in the state of Andhra Pradesh came forward to form human chains in all the constituencies to express their solidarity for the move to no-trust vote in Parliament by YSRCP and for the demand of the Special Category Status (SCS) to the state. Members of different parties and human right organisation, students, intellectuals, MLAs, and MLCs were among those who participated in the human chain formations which was initiated by YSR Congress Party.

With the no-confidence motion coming up for debate today in Parliament, the YSRCP had called for human chain formations all across the state. Through this they wanted to inform the centre the aspirations of the people in Andhra Pradesh. People from all walks participated in large numbers and made the programme successful.

Guntur: Human chain formations called as Praja Sankalpa Manavaharam was conducted in all the constituencies of the state. At Kommuru in Kakumanu mandal, Guntur district, YSRCP President and Leader of Opposition in Andhra Pradesh assembly YS Jagan Mohan Reddy also participated along with party cadre in human chain formation. In Vemuru, under the leadership YSRCP leader Nagarjuna and at Vinukonda Stupam Centre under the leadership of Brahmanaidu the human chain formations were held.

Vijayawada: In all the constituencies of Viajawada, human chain formations were witnessed. Intellectuals, students and general public were to be participating. Everyone expressed their solidarity towards the no-confidence motion moved in the Parliament by YSRCP.

Kurnool: All the assembly constituencies in the district human chain formations were held under the aegis of the YSRCP. Nandyala Parliamentary Constituency leader Shilpa Chakrapani Reddy and Kurnool Parliamentary constituency leader BY Ramayya participated in the programmes with their party workers and supporters respectively.

Anantapur: In support of the no-trust vote in Parliament, human chain formation was held at Anantapur Clock Tower. YSRCP MLC Gopal Reddy, Ananta Venkatarami Reddy and Rage Parusuram participated in the programme.

Visakhapatnam: Praja Sankalpa Manavaharam - human chain formation was held in Esukathota. Under the leadership of coordinator of Visakhapatnam East Vamsikrishna, human chain formation was conducted which saw the participation by YASRCP district leader Vijay Kumar. Unfortunatly, police obstructed to the human chain formation which led to a ruckus between the police and YSRCP supporters and Vijay Kumar was hurt in this melee. Police arrested the people who were participating in the programme.

Vijayanagaram: Human chain formations were held at the Clock Tower area under the initiative of YSRCP and CPI parties. YSRCP City Leader Venu and CPI Leader Kameswara Rao along with party cadre of YSRCP and CPI as well as both the parties supporters participated in large numbers. In Kurupam, YSRCP MLA Pushpavani held the human chain formation which was participated many people including party leader Parikshit Raju.

Chittoor: In Gangadhara Nellore, MLA Narayana Swamy initiated the human chain formations in support for the no-trust vote moved by YSRCP in Parliament. Similarly in Pileru, YSRCP party leaders, members and supporters participated in the programme.

East Godavari: Under the leadership of YSRCP district coordinator Jakkampudi Vijayalakshmi in support of the no-confidence motion in the Parliament organised human chain formation, while at Ravulapalem MLA Chirla Jaggi Reddy, and in Rajolu YSRCP coordinator Bonthu Rajeswara Rao organised human chain formation in their places respectively.

Nellore: Near Venkatagiri bus stand, Praja Sankalpa Manavaharam was organised. All the district leaders including ZP Chairman Bommireddi Raghavendra Reddy, YSRCP leaders Dilli Babu, Hari Krishna, Nakka Venkateswarlu, Suresh Reddy, and Giri Reddy participated in the programme. Similarly in Gudur town, human chain formations were conducted in which constituency in-charge Muralidhar, CGC member Gopal Reddy, Nedurumalli Padmanabha Reddy, YSRCP state spokesperson Vinod Kumar Reddy, conveners Srinivas, Vijaya Kumar Reddy, Uday Bhaskar Reddy Srinivasulu Reddy and Meera Reddy participated.
