Man Poisons 3 Children, Wife; Commits Suicide

Vijayawada: A 30-year-old man committed suicide after poisoning his three children and wife in Krishnalanka on Saturday.

Suresh, a native of Ranadive Nagar in Krishnalanka was living with his wife Yashoda(28) and three children in the city. The couple used to have frequent quarrel. On Saturday, after celebrating his son Aamir's(10) birthday, Suresh served dinner laced with poison to his wife and children. Later he poisoned himself.

However, on learning the incident, neighbours shifted them to a hospital where doctors stated Suresh, his wife and son Aamir were already dead. The condition of other two children is stated to be critical.

Police registered a case and are probing into the case.
