Farmers obstruct Balaram Naik convoy

Union Minister of State, Porika Balram Naik's convoy was blocked by farmers at Sitapuram in Asvapuram mandal of Khammam district on Thursday. 

The farmers stopped the convoy demanding compensation for the damaged crops. They told the minister that the committee formed by the government to collect details regarding cyclone and rain the damaged crops, was not collecting accurate information.

After listening their problems Balaram Naik assured them that he would take up the matter with the appropriate authorities and solve it.
