Ex-mayor surrenders before Kadapa court

Former mayor of Kadapa Ravindranath Reddy on Tuesday surrendered before the court in connection with a false case filed by him during DCCB elections.
His surrender is necessitated as the court rejected his bail petition denying the police custody. The Additional Magistrate remanded him to judicial custody till March 11.
