Payal Rohatgi Booked For Objectionable Comments Against Nehru 

Jaipur: Bollywood TV actor and ex-Bigg Boss contestant Payal Rohatgi has landed in soup yet again for her controversial statements. Acting on a complaint by youth Congress leader, Rajasthan police registered a case against her for making inappropriate and objectionable comments on freedom fighter Motilal Nehru and his family in a video and posted it on Facebook.

She had posted the video on September 21. Sharma alleged that Rohatgi insulted Jawaharlal Nehru and his father Motilal Nehru with an intention to defame them.

He further added that the video which was shared by Payal Rohatgi is still on Facebook and it can spoil India's relations with other nations, as it also contains objectionable comments about the death of former Prime Minister Lal Bahadur Shastri.

The actor has been registered under Section 66 and 67 of the IT Act.
