Prabhas Happy For Puri Jagannadh’s iSmart Shankar Success

There was a time Puri Jagannadh used to be the number one director in Telugu. For the past few years, his films have been bombing and he had been lying low until his recent outing 'iSmart Shankar. He bounced back to success track with 'iSmart Shankar' which is a resounding hit. 'iSmart Shankar' earned glowing reviews from critics and audiences alike. Puri Jagannadh is over the moon, thanks to 'iSmart Shankar'.

He stated to a leading tabloid that he received a slew of calls from leading stars. Ram Charan, Rana, Naga Chaitanya, Akhil and Sumanth have called me to congratulate me and they have appreciated my work. "It's been very long since I received calls from all stars," he is reported to have said.

He is quoted as saying, "Prabhas hasn't watched the movie called me to express how happy he is with the success I got." Puri Jagannadh did not mention Superstar Mahesh Babu's name. All stars congratulated Puri except Mahesh Babu.

Post 'iSmart Shankar' success, Puri Jagannadh made some sensational comments on Mahesh Babu saying that he will work only with hit directors and not flop directors. This might have irked Mahesh Babu, for all you know and possibly that is why he did not call him. On another note, Mahesh Babu might be busy with his work.
