Supari To Kill KGF Star Yash Fails To Scare Him
Rocking Star of Sandalwood Yash has catapulted to new heights of stardom post his movie, KGF: Chapter 1 garnering popularity throughout the nation. The movie's success has, however, had its shortcomings with the constant rumours surrounding the actor.
Lately, the speculation has been rife that a few gangsters had been given a supari (contract) to kill Yash scaring the fans to a breaking point. It was also said that a team of sleuths from Central Crime Branch (CCB) of Bengaluru Police led by ACB Balaraj had arrested these gangsters who had revealed the name of Yash during interrogation that they had taken a contract to kill him.
The actor on Saturday addressed the media clarifying the issue, said that there is no threat to his life. Stating that these rumours have disturbed his family and friends, Yash shared that he has personally checked with the police and home department officials who denied his name being in the hit list of these gangsters.
He went to say that nobody can dare touch him adding that the government and police are there to protect the public.
On the issue taken to a whole new level on social media platforms, the actor reacted saying that these rumours are causing a rift among the fans and while the entire film industry in Karnataka is a family, such rumours raise suspicions among each other in the industry.
Hence, he requested people to stop spreading such propaganda and also urged the fans to not believe such rumours.
CCB officials on Thursday arrested four gangsters - Nithesh and Nithyananda of Sheshadripuram, Madhu from Vijayanagar and Prithvi from PG Halli near the BDA office in Sheshadripuram limits.
The four gangsters were learned to be accomplices of rowdy sheeter Slum Bharat who was shot at by the city police a few days ago and is currently in judicial custody. Rumours began in this context that Bharat had taken a contract to kill a superstar of Sandalwood and his accomplices were only executing the orders.
