NTR Kathanayakudu Collections Worse Than VVR

Nandamuri Balakrishna and Ram Charan are mighty stars in Tollywood. Balakrishna is a senior actor who has delivered a number of hits such as- Legend, Simha among few others. He is the top arch-rival of Charan's father Megastar Chiranjeevi. Last month, Balakrishna and Ram Charan clashed at the box office with their movies. This year opened with their movies in theatres. During the Sankranthi festive time, Balakrishna's 'NTR Kathanayakudu' and Ram Charan's 'Vinaya Vidheya Rama' were released within a gap of two days. Sadly, both the movies were slammed and was panned out by critics and audience.

According to reliable sources, Balakrishna's 'NTR Kathanayakudu' earned reportedly Rs 20.62 Cr. 'NTR Kathanayakudu' distributors and filmmakers could have made a loss of Rs 50 to 80 Cr. On the other side, Ram Charan's 'Vinaya Vidheya Rama' received mixed reviews but it had managed to earn Rs 63 Cr at the worldwide box office. The movie was made with a budget of Rs 100 Cr and they have incurred losses of 30%. Likewise, Balakrishna's 'NTR Kathanayakudu collections are worse than Charan's 'Vinaya Vidheya Rama'.

In the meantime, Charan and Balakrishna have moved on their projects by taking failure as part of their lives. They might have the aim to deliver a blockbuster hit with their next. Ram Charan will be next seen in Rajamouli's 'RRR' which is progressing fast. Balakrishna’s next could be with Boyapati Srinu as talks are underway between them.
