NTR Mahanayakudu Out, F2 In Theatres
Victory Venkatesh is currently running high on the success of his recent outing 'F2' which is doing pretty well at the box office. His performance and comic timing in the film was loved by the audience and appreciated by his peers.
If you recall, Mahesh Babu had shared his review on Twitter and encouraged audience to book their tickets. If you check out, as of now, they are no interesting films running in theatres except Mammootty's 'Yatra'.
A slew of movies have released in the last two months right from Ram Charan's 'Vinaya Vidheya Rama' to recent outing Karthi's 'Dev'. All these movies have been panned by critics and fans. As per sources, Exhibitors of Venkatesh's 'F2' have reportedly re-released the movie in most of the theatres. If rumour mills are to be believed, Balakrishna's 'NTR Mahanayakudu' which hit theatres on February-22 has been pulled out of theatres due to lack of audience response. The latest we hear is that they have replaced it with Venkatesh's F2 in theatres to avoid audience disappointment and losses. In this context, Balakrishna's NTR Mahanayakudu is out and Venkatesh's 'F2' is in theatres.
Those who joined late to this story, Venkatesh's F2' began streaming on Amazon Prime Video online. But, still, the audience are flocking theatres.
'F2' was directed by Anil Ravipudi and produced by Dil Raju who reaped triple profits from this movie. Venkatesh, Varun Tej and the entire team are overwhelmed by the response they have received to their movie over a month for now.
Talking about movie collections, Venkatesh's F2 has earned Rs 67 Crore share from Telugu states and it went on to gross Rs 140 Crores at the box office. The makers of the movie have also released Rs 140 Crores poster which has gone viral on social media.
