Yatra Day 5 Box Office Collections Unstoppable Despite Uri
Looks like 2019 has proved to be an amazing year for Malayalam actor Mammootty who is in a happy space over his recent outing Yatra. The movie is enoying resounding success after some brisk business at the ticket window. Yatra was released in theatres on February 8 which received glowing reviews from audiences and critics alike. Mammootty's performance has garnered a lot of praises from his fans. The movie was directed by Mahi V Raghav and also stars Jagapathi Babu, Anasuya, Suhashini, Rao Ramesh among others in supporting cast. Yatra has surpassed the records set by earlier telugu biopics—Keerthy Suresh's Mahanati and Balakrishna's NTR Kathanayakudu on IMDb rating.

Audiences are rushing to theatres in crowds to witness the story of the great leader unfold on the silver screen. Thanks to the positive word of mouth which has given the film's collections a phenomenal boost.
Yatra raked in Rs 4.5 crores approximately on its fifth day at the box office. Talking about Yatra America collections,l the film is facing a touch competition from Bollywood movies-Uri, Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi among few others. As there are no new Telugu releases available at the ticket counters, Venkatesh's F2 which is now streaming online on amazon prime video has given way to Yatra to earn the big bucks at the box office.
