Rajinikanth Overtakes Prabhas:2Point0 Beats Baahubali Lifetime Collections

Superstar Rajinikanth's 2.0 is creating wonders at the box office. The film has emerged as the biggest blockbuster hit of 2018 in the Tamil film Industry. 2.0 has beaten every possible record in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi. 2.0 has surpassed Rajinikanth's own films Kaala and Kabali records within one week of its release. The credit goes to Director Shankar who made the film first in 3D. He deserves a thunderous round of applause. Kudos to Rajinikanth and Akshay Kumar too for grabbing the audience attention with their performances.

As you all know, Rajinikanth's 2.0 was dubbed into Hindi too. The dubbed version rights were purchased by Karan Johar. We are here only talking about a dubbed version of 2.0. This is the second dubbed huge film in Hindi after Prabhas's Baahubali series. With each passing day, 2.0 has been reaching a new milestone. If trade analyst Taran Adarsh tweet is anything to go by, 2.0 has beaten the record set by Prabhas's Baahubali. 2.0 has surpassed the lifetime collections of Baahubali-The Beginning which was released in 2015 by earning Rs 132 crore at the ticket window. It has turned out to be Rajinikanth's highest grossing film ever made in Hindi. Check out the tweet posted by the film critic:

Rajinikanth and Akshay Kumar are riding high on the success of 2.0. Their four years hard work had paid off in less than a week and the film has gone on to earn Rs 500 Crores at the box office.
