Taxiwala First Day Box Office Collections

Vijay Deverakonda starrer Taxiwala has drawn huge appreciation from audiences not only for his performance but also because of the story. The film has received mixed reviews from film critics. Reason behind the Taxiwala mixed talk could be because it was hit by piracy even before its release.

Deverakonda who faced failure with NOTA was pinning all his hopes on his latest release Taxiwala. Unexpectedly, his hopes were shattered. It appears the film could end up with decent business. The film registered $115,944 on its opening day at the American box office. Taxiwala was unable to breach the mark set by Geetha Govindam which released this year, a few months back. Exact figures of other countries are yet to be known. We shall update Taxiwala area wise collections, shortly.

Meanwhile, Deverakonda is all set to collaborate with Mahesh Babu's favourite Director Koratala Siva. During the NOTA audio launch, Koratala Siva revealed his desire to work with Deverakonda ever since he was impressed with his career-defining role in Arjun Reddy. Koratala Siva is now in a bit of dilemma to come up with a new role for him. Reports are doing the rounds that Koratala Siva will showcase Deverakonda in a fully mass avatar.
