Shailaja Reddy Alludu and U Turn Nizam Collections

Akkineni Naga Chaitanya's Shailaja Reddy Alludu and Samantha's U Turn opened in theatres on the occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi. Both the films are doing exceptionally well at the box office. It remains to be seen which film among them will emerge as a blockbuster hit. Shailaja Reddy Alludu and U Turn are two different films which have unique content to entertain the audiences.

According to sources, Shailaja Reddy Alludu has earned Rs 2.95 Cr while U Turn has managed to collect Rs 0.82 Cr in Nizam area region. Shailaja Reddy Alludu has set the cash registers ringing at the box office since its opening day, thanks to positive response from the audiences and strong content of the film. Shailaja Reddy Alludu is directed by Maruthi and features Ramya Krishna and Anu Emmanuel in lead roles.

U-Turn is a remake of the Kannada film which was a blockbuster but failed to gather audience attention in Telugu states. Many thought U Turn would become a hattrick for Samantha after seeing the poster, trailer and teaser. But, the film failed to set the box office on fire. Helmed by Pawan Kumar, the film also has boasts of a stellar cast Bhumika and Aadhi in pivotal roles.
