Geetha Govindam Beats Khaidi No.150 To Be Among Highest Grossers At US Box Office  

Tollywood youth icon Vijay Deverakonda is giving his fans enough reasons to rejoice. His recently released Geetha Govindam is doing unstoppable business at the box office. Vijay Deverakonda starrer Geetha Govindam had a massive start at the box office—thanks to its simple yet impressive storyline, hard hitting dialgoues and amazing performance of the lead pair Deverakonda-Rashmika. The film was loved by the audiences and appreciated by film critics.

Geetha Govindam is a rom-com in which Deverakonda falls in love with a girl at first sight. Unexpectedly, they meet again in a bus journey during which Deverakonda's accidental kiss with her lands him in trouble. Rashmika thinks he's a rogue. How Deverakonda wins Rashmika's heart forms the crux of the film.

It is worth mentioning here that Deverkaonda's Geetha Govindam has beaten Chiranjeevi's Khaidi No.150 and Nithiin's A..A to be among top ten telugu highest grossing films in USA. As per latest update, Geetha Govindam has bagged the seventh place followed by Baahubali series, Rangasthalam, Bharat Ane Nenu, Srimanthudu and Mahanati to be among ten highest grossing films in USA It is celebration time for the audiences. It seems Deverakonda is likely to become a big competitor for other new talent of Tollywood.

On the film front, he will be soon seen in NOTA which is scheduled to release on October 4. For the first time, Vijay Deverakonda will be seen playing a Chief Minister in the film. So far, we have seen Deverakonda as a lover boy in Arjun Reddy, Pelli Choopulu and Geetha Govindam. It would be interesting to watch him in a new avatar.
