Dr YSR Biopic Yatra Release On YS Jagan Birthday  

Looks like Biopic of great personalities is the flavour of the season in Tollywood. It is a known fact Andhra Chief Minister Dr YS Rajasekhara Reddy died in helicopter crash few years back. Now, his biopic is in the offing in which Mollywood actor Mammootty is all set to reprise his role.

The film is tentatively titled Yatra. So far, the makers of the movie have completed most of its shoot. The fìlm is being helmed by Mahi Raghav who rose to fame with Anando Brahma which featured Tapsee in the lead role.

Audiences are desperately waiting to catch a glimpse of late Dr YSR in the film. His fans are waiting to know developments about the film. Latest we hear is that Mammootty's Yatra will hit the big screens on December 21 on account of Dr YSR's son YS Jagan Mohan Reddy's birthday.

Apart from Mammootty, Yatra has a stellar cast including Bollywood actor Sachin Khedekar, Suhasini who will appear in key roles. Rangamma atha Anasuya who was last seen in Ram Charan's Rangasthalam will be seen in a pivotal role.

It is being speculated that actor Karthi is likely to play Dr YSR's son YS Jagan Mohan Reddy in the film about which an official word from filmmakers is.
