Will Prabhas Beat Balayya To Bag Best Actor SIIMA Award?

The organizers of South Indian International Movie Awards has announced the nomination list of Telugu movies. As usual, SS Rajamouli's Baahubali has been nominated in 12 categories. But, what is disappointing the fans is the nomination of Nandamuri Balakrishna nominated for the film Gautamiputra Satakarni in best actor category.

Prabhas is at the second place in SIIMA awards 2018 best actor category. Ever since Baahubali became a blockbuster hit across the world, Prabhas's fan following increased a thousand fold. Prabhas fans have started a campaign to vote for Prabhas to make him grab the best actor award. His fans are sharing various posters on social media networks. If prabhas fans join hands, there's no doubt that he could push the actor to Numero Uno position.

Will Prabhas be able to take Balakrishna's place in SIIMA award? Will he become Tollywood's top actor? Time alone can reveal the answers.

On the professional front, Prabhas is busy with the shoot of Saaho which is slated to release next year. Saaho is touted to be an action drama where Bollywood actor Shraddha Kapoor and Neil Nitin Mukesh will be seen in pivotal roles. Saaho teaser is likely to be out on the actor's birthday which falls on October 23.

On the other hand, Balayya's next film will be a biopic on NTR. The shooting of the film is underway. Recently, Rana and Sumanth were roped in to play the roles of Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandra Babu Naidu and Akkineni Nageshwara Rao respectively. Watch this space for more updates.
