Baahubali 2, Only Hindi Film in 500 Crore Club

Baahubli 2, the conclusion was a magnum opus directed by maverick director SS Rajamouli who had earlier delivered hits like Mgadheera and Eega which were also super duper hits. However, Baahubali beat all of them and scaled new heights. The film which was released in Bollywood thanks to Karan Johar's Dharma Productions and created waves at the box office there too.

Although there were huge Hindi hits after Baahubali like Dangal, Salman's Tiger Zinda Hai and Ranbir Kapoor's latest release Sanju, none of them could come close to Baahubali.

So, Baahubali 2 stands as the undisputed king of box office. Prabhas who played the lead role in the film was flooded with offers. However, he's now busy with his forthcoming with Sujeeth titled saaho. On the other hand, director Rajamouli is busy finalising script for his ambitious multistarrer featuring Ram Charan and NTR.
