Submit Framework On Prevention: SC To Centre In Tollywood Drugs Case

New Delhi: The Supreme Court today ordered the Centre to form rules & regulations for prevention of drugs, after the breakout of the sensational Tollywood Drugs case.
Hearing the petition filed by Director-producer Kethireddy Jagadeeswar Reddy over the drugs case, a bench led by Chief Justice of India Dipak Misra ordered the Centre to submit a set of rules & regulations before 31st August. Citing the delay in procuring technical details from AIIMS, Additional Solicitor General Maninder Singh appealed to the top court for an extension of 2 months.
The Supreme Court adjourned the case to September 10.
