Jagapati Babu As YS Raja Reddy in Yatra

Every bit of news on Yatra, a biopic on late chief minister Dr YS Rajasekhara Reddy is garnering public attention after the makers unveiled the names of actors who will working in the movie. Recently, it was said that Anchor Anasuya was playing a cameo in the movie.

Now, a latest news on the role of YSR's father has been doing the rounds on social media. Buzz is that the role of YS Raja Reddy will be played by none other than Jagapati Babu, whose career is going great guns. We already told you that Malayalam actor Mammootty is portraying the role of YSR in the movie.

It is worth mentioning here that Babu's last outcome Rangasthalam was a box office hit and received an overwhelming response from the audience for his negative role as bad president in the movie. As Yatra is a political drama, the makers chose Jagapati Babu for YSR's father role in the movie.

It is also learnt that actress Suhasini will be playing a key role in the movie, which is slated to be released next year. Yatra is being helmed by Mahi V Raghav and produced by Vikas.
