Superstar Mahesh Babu is basking in the success of his recent release Bharat Ane Nenu. Even though it's been a while since the film hit theatres and by the way, the film is also now available on Amazon Prime video, yet talk about the film refuses to die down. Bharat Ane Nenu has emerged as one of the blockbuster hits of 2018 and also one of the highest grossing movies at the box office.

It is worth mentioning here that Mahesh Babu's Bharat Ane Nenu is 11th film to get a rating above 8 by IMDB. The Mahesh film is now among the top-rated movies based on user ratings and votes. Bharat Ane Nenu has a got rating of 8.5 on IMDB's top-rated movies which is a huge achievement for Mahesh Babu and his film. Looks like if we compare Mahesh Babu's Bharat Ane Nenu with Ram Charan's Rangasthalam the former is racing ahead of other blockbuster hits of 2018. Mahesh Babu's films— Nenokkadine, Okkadu, Athadu, Pokiri, Srimanthudu, Khaleja Dookudu, Spyder, Business Man and other films have received top rating a score of above 7 on IMDB.

Bharat Ane Nenu is a political thriller which was directed by Koratala Siva. Mahesh was seen playing the role of Andhra Pradesh Cheif Minister who fights to correct the loopholes in the system. Bollywood actress Kiara Advani made her Tollywood debut with Bharat Ane Nenu. Not even one film old, Kiara bagged another projects featuring Ram Charan even when Bharat Ane Nenu was on floors. Prakash Raj and Sharath Kumar were seen in key roles in the Mahesh Babu starrer.

On the career front, Mahesh Babu is currently busy with the shoot of his upcoming flick which is being directed by Vamsi Paidipally. Reports suggest that the first look of Mahesh Babu's untitled film and title could be released on the occasion of the Telugu superstar's birthday on August 9 which would be a surprise gift from Mahesh to audiences and his fans.
