Guntur West Independent Assembly Candidate Issues Apology, Know Why
Guntur: Independent candidate for Guntur West Assembly constituency and social activist Dr Tata Seva Kumar has apologized to the public for causing noise and air pollution during the election trail.
Addressing public on the last day of campaigning on Tuesday, Kumar said that he had used three vehicles for the campaign to avoid pollution and said that the entire campaigning was undertaken by distribution of pamphlets and going door-to-door.
"Still we might have caused some inconvenience to the people by way of spreading noise and air pollution. We tender sincere apologies for that," Kumar said.
Kumar said that he has been selflessly working for the people through his Service Health Organisation (SHO) for the past 20 years and expressed to expand it by becoming a public servant.
He said that Guntur people were suffering due to lack of infrastructure and people must not vote the corrupt politicians who were responsible for that. He promised to give people account of every penny of the public fund if he gets elected as legislator.
Andhra Pradesh goes for simultaneous Parliamentary and Assembly polls on Thursday. There are 25 Parliamentary seats and 175 Assembly constituencies. Counting will take place on May 23.
