Drunk Man’s Overspeeding Car Knocks Down Commuters, Creates Panic 

Krishnarajapuram: A youngster created a nightmare for the residents of Whitefield in Bengaluru over-speeding his car in an inebriated condition. Three youths were injured.

The incident was reported from Krishnarajapuram area of Bangalore on Sunday afternoon. The accused, who is a native of Tamil Nadu, drove his car along with his girlfriend to Whitefield - Medahalli road causing panic among the commuters and locals. The car first rammed into two bikes at Belthuru injuring two. Later, the driver knocked down a biker at Kadugodu area.

The locals stopped the car and thrashed him before handing him over to the police. A case of negligent driving was registered and the guy was taken to the police station along with his girlfriend who accompanied him. The injured were shifted to a nearby hospital for treatment.
