Drunk man threatens to jump down from overhead tank

An inebrieted villager climbed up the overhead tanker in Koderu village of West Godavari on Friday demanding that the people of village bring back his estranged wife.

He threatened to jump down from the tanker if they did not.
Yarramsetti Machiraju climbed a water tank near Panchayath raj office in the village and threatened to jump down from there.
Machiraju married to Durga in 2012 and the couple have a seven month-old baby. Durga went her mother's home after Machiraju was a drunkard.
After giving several anxious moments to the villagers, Machiraju finally came down thanks to the sweet-talking of the local police SI.
