Drug smugglers attack woman

A woman was attacked by drug smugglers at Neredmet on Saturday morning.
According to police sources, the woman had earlier complained against the smugglers and open consumption of drugs in Neredment area. The drug users are known to harass passersby in the area.
Police have shifted the injured woman to Gandhi hospital, where doctors described her condition as critical. A case has been registered by the police and are investigating.
