DL to wait for Governor's decision on CBI plea

The row between Chief Minister N. Kiran Kumar Reddy and Health Minister D L Ravindra Reddy is not dying down. It has taken a murky turn on Saturday with DL's fresh comments.
When reporters asked the CM about DL's dissent over the Cabinet giving a clean chit to Dharmana, Kiran Reddy categorically cited an example of former prime minister Deve Gowda’s case, where the Supreme Court clearly stated that even if a minister differed with the Cabinet, he should back the decision whether he liked it or not or he could quit, the CM said during an informal chat with reporters in the Assembly on Friday.
According to sources, referring to this comment, DL said that it was correct on the part of the CM to take a decision related to the issue of Dharmana but it was not right on his part to compel the entire Cabinet to accept his decision.
"I will wait for the Governor's decision on the CBI's appeal to prosecute Dharmana. If the Governor rejects CBI's plea, anyone can challenge it in Court", DL said.
