Hyderabad: A revenue official was arrested by Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) on Tuesday after he was trapped while taking a bribe of Rs 5,000.
The accused officer has been arrested and will be produced before the First Additional Special Judge for ACB cases
V.R. Nayak, Deputy Tahsildar at Devarkonda Division in Nalgonda, was trapped in his office when he demanded and accepted a bribe of Rs 5,000 from a person for doing an official favor, an ACB release said here.
