Daily wage labourer becomes ZP chairman
A poor person could become Chairman of Mahbubnagar Zilla Parishad.
Bandari Bhaskar belongs to Kakularam village of Gadwal mandal in the district. He was born to Narayana and Devamma and is the eldest of their eight children. He studied till seventh class.
Bhaskar worked as a labourer at railway wagon shop in Kurnool for a few years. His earning became essential for the survival of his family. He also worked as a daily wage labourer to feed his starving family.
Later, he worked as the Sarpanch of his village to earn a good name there. His father also worked as Sarpanch in the same village. He became active in TRS party and was elected as ZPTC from Gadwal in the recent elections.
Now, he was elected to the top post in Mahbubnagar ZP.
