Daggubati, TSR indulge in war of words

The feud over the Vizag Lok sabha seat between Daggubati Purandeswari and T.Subbarami Reddy has been there for quite some time now. But the same has turned into to a personal war now. Of late, they have started attacking each other personally.
It may be recalled that Daggubati Venkateswara Rao, former MP and husband of Union Minister Puradhreswari on Wednesday said that TSR was arrested for selling cement allotted for Nagarjuna Sagar project in black market and his agenda was to make money through loopholes in the project contracts.
In a counter attack, TSR chose a public meeting as a platform. He said that he would complain to the Congress High Command on Daggubati's remarks against him.
He also said that he would file a Rs.5 crore defamation suit against the latter. TSR dismissed Daggubati's statements as 'mad talk'.
Stating that he was the one who brought Daggubati into the Congress fold, TSR said that Dagubatti has a history of switching loyalties to the party which is in power.
