Cyclone relief restricted to Vizag alone : Mopidevi

“Hudhud cyclone relief is restricted to Visakhapatnam city only,” said former minister and senior YSRCP leader Mopidevi Venkata Ramana Rao.

Speaking to reporters in Visakhapatnam on Tuesday, he said the TDP government had failed in helping the cyclone affected people in rural areas.

“How far it is justified in restricting the relief to the city only and ignoring the rural areas?” asked Mopidevi.

He visited the cyclone-affected areas on Tuesday.

Speaking on the occasion, he said that politics were involved in the relief operations.
