Cyclone Hudhud hits Andhra coast
Cyclone Hudhud has hit the Andra Pradesh coast between Bheemili and Kailashgiri in the port city of Visakhapatnam.
The cyclonic storm which generated winds upto a speed of about 150 to 200 kmph, uprooting trees and hoardings in Visakhapatnam and other towns in coastal districts.

- Hudhud is just crossing Vizag at speed of 170-180kmph gusting up to 190kmph: LS Rathore (DG IMD)

- Two people were killed due to heavy rainfall with strong winds in coastal areas as cyclonic storm moved to Visakhapatnam coast.
- The Met Department says there will be lull for about one hour before storm intensifies again in Vizag and its surroundings areas.
- Within six hours it'll become a cyclonic storm and in the following six hours it'll reduce to a depression
