18-Month-Old Comes Under Uber Car Wheels In Hyderabad

Hyderabad: In a horrific incident of negligent driving, a 18-month-old child playing outside his home came under an Uber car on Sunday evening.

The deceased Afsan Siddique is a resident of Asad Baba Nagar. He was playing in front of his house at 4.30 pm when the incident happened.

Police said that the child had come under the back tyre of the car. He was dead on the way to the hospital.

The driver who is identified as Mahesh has been taken into custody. Police booked him under Section 304-A of the Penal Code which relates to death by negligence.
