Special Investigation Team Chief Stephen(SIT) Ravindra holds a press conference and reveals interesting case details on the data breach case, on Thursday.
Data breach scam which caused ripples in both Telugu states takes a new twist as SIT chief Stephen Raveendra divulges out details present in the hard disks confiscated from IT Grids.
He opened up about the information in the hard disks and said that Telanga's data was present as well along with Andhra Pradesh voters, which was to be fed into the Seva Mitra app.
Meanwhile, the CEO of IT Grids India Private Limited Ashok Dakavaram is absconding since the beginning of the case and notices have been served to him. West Zone IG remarked that the police are going to get him whether he is in America or in Amaravati and he is in possession of key evidence regarding the case.
Raveendra added that Ashok will be questioned how he got into the possession of such sensitive data.
However, the chief has not mentioned in particular as to what was the data found pertaining to Telangana, that has been stolen. Telangana police have assigned this case to the SIT after a case was filed against Seva Mitra app developer IT Grids.
SIT under Stephen Raveendra has issued Look-Out circulars for Ashok Dakavaram the international airports.
