Hyderabad Doctor Shares Morphed Pictures Of Classmate On School WhatsApp Group, Held

Hyderabad: A doctor from the city has been arrested by the police for morphing the pictures of a woman and sharing them on WhatsApp.

According to the details provided by the city cyber crime police, this incident took place in the locality of LB Nagar, the accused Saheb Ali is a doctor by profession, he morphed the pictures of women, who was his classmate in college. The victim is currently married and the mother of a girl child, according to reports.

Saheb Ali and few others from the city were in China to pursue medicine few years ago. A couple from the same group, who were his classmates got married. The accused first created a WhatsApp group for the all the MBBS classmates, added the couple. Later joined the group from an old phone number, which was known to all. This was done to mislead others that he was also a part of the group. After that he morphed the old pictures of the victim taken while in China and shared them in the classmates group.

Agitated over the pictures, there was rift between the wife and husband. The victim told her husband that she didn’t know who the admin of the group was. Later, the husband complained about the incident to the cyber crime police. The accused even tried to destroy the sim card used to create the WhatsApp group after knowing that the investigation was going on. However, with the help of technology the police confirmed that the miscreant was Saheb Ali. The accused was later arrested by the police.
