Another Arrest Made In Pranay Murder Case

Miryalaguda: A case has been registered against a person, who was seen frequenting the house of late Perumalla Pranay, who was murdered by Amrutha's father as an honour killing , on September 14 in Miryalaguda this year.

According to CI Sada Nagaraju, a person named Gunda Vinod Kumar, owner of Karthik Textiles shop in the town of Miryalaguda had been maintaining good relations with the family members of Pranay for quite some time, and was coming to their home frequently.

In due course Pranay's family members doubted him and came to know that the person was also talking with Amrutha's mother and updating her on a daily basis.

Pranay family members complained to police on Friday against Vinod Kumar, stating that, he was coming home only at the behest of Amrutha's mother.

Police has taken him into custody and shifted him to local police station. Later Amrutha came to the police station with her Mother-in-law and complained against him. A case has been registered against Vinod Kumar and probe is underway .
