Bengaluru Biker Charred To Death In Horrific Accident

Bengaluru: A youth was burnt alive in a horrific road accident after the bike he was riding collided with a bus on the outskirts of Bangarpet town around 6 am. The deceased was identified as Niraj, a third year BE student at a private college in Bengaluru.

The accident occured while he was on his way to Tirupati from Bengaluru. According to locals, he was hit by a bus coming from the opposite direction. The impact was so powerful that the front wheel got separated and the petrol tank burst causing an instant blaze which consumed the young man. He fell unconcious and was burnt alive. His friend who was pillion riding was flung away from the site of the accident. It is learned that he is undergoing treatment at a local hospital.

Following the accident, the Bangarpet-Kolar road was blocked. An eye witness said that two of them went to rescue the victim but the villagers pulled them back. The police filed a case and a probe is underway.
