Hyderabad Court Awards Life Imprisonment To Men Who Raped Daughters

Hyderabad: Two men who raped their daughters were sentenced to life imprisonment by two different courts in the city.

The accused who raped his two-year-old daughter in November last year was sentenced to life imprisonment by a special court of Haca Bhavan.

In another case, A 12-year-old daughter who was raped by her father has delivered a baby and the metropolitan sessions judge court of LB Nagar pronounced a lifer for the culprit. Based on a DNA test, the crime was proved.

Recently, in a similar incident, a 14-year-old girl was allegedly raped by her father for six months at Umerpur village in Muzaffarnagar district of Uttar Pradesh.

Following the incident at the village under the Budhana police station limits, a case was registered against the accused who went absconding thereafter.

The victim's mother in her complaint to the police alleged that the incident came to light when she caught her husband raping their daughter.
