Alcoholic Kills Brother’s Wife In A Fit Of Rage  

East Godavari: A mentally unstable man named Srinivas living in Santhimula village, Patavala Panchayathi in East Godavari district, killed his sister in law Madhavi (25) . According to Koringi SI Sumanth, Srinivas, who had turned alcoholic after his wife left him, was heavily drunk that day and was walking back home.

His brother Sathaynarayana's wife Madhavi was washing dishes on the road. Upon seeing her, he got into a fight saying that she was obstructing the road. Both of them got into a fist fight and he hit her hard on the head with a stick that was lying nearby and she died instantly. Madhavi and Satyanarayana have two children aged four and 15 months. Srinivas was taken into custody and police are investigating the matter.
