Big Foreign Liquor Haul In City

In a major haul, 96 foreign liquor bottles were found in a red color Optra Chevrolet car (AP10 AJ 3786).

The driver Bemaiah (45) was taken into custody. It is learnt that the cost of the bottles is estimated to be around five lakh rupees. Premium brands like Johnny Walker, Ciroc, Glenfiddich, Jagermeister, Glenfiddich green and Glenfiddich brown were seized in the haul.

Along with the liquor, a cash amount of Rs 72000 was also seized apart from the vehicle. In the police inquiry, the driver revealed the names of Anil Aggarwal (55), a businessman from Secunderabad.
