Maoists Kidnap Class 12 Student In Revenge Attack
New Delhi: In revenge for the gunning down of three Maoists in Sukma district of Chhattisgarh on Wednesday, the left wing extremists have kidnapped a Class 12 student. The police killed three Maoists and arrested one in an hour long clash early on Wednesday, said Sukma SP Abhishek Meena.
In a revenge attack, the youth was kidnapped when he was heading towards the forests from Bheji. "As part of the Anti-Naxal operation, we carried out the attack. We have recovered four rifles and a pistol from the site. Two other extremists escaped during the attack," he said.
The parents of the missing youth are distraught following the disappearance of their son.
